Sequels Home Consignment Contract FAQ

Thank you for choosing to consign with Sequels. We look forward to doing business together.

1. All furniture and home decor consignments must be in excellent selling condition and ready for resale.

2. Home decor may be consigned any time during store hours. A photo, couch cushion, or digital email photo, will be required for larger items such as sofas, tables, wall unites, etc.

3. Prices will be determined by Sequels to sell your items for the most profitable price. Final approval of items is at the discretion of the store manager.

4. Items will be on consignment for 60 day s(season items are different ) and the consignor is paid 50% of the selling price after the item is sold. You may collect money from your account any time during store business hours .

5. If you wish to retrieve any unsold merchandiser you may do so on or before the 60 day consignment period has ended. Customer will not be notified when items are sold or due to expire. After the 60th day unsold items will become the property of Sequels and may be donated or disposed of at the discretion of Sequels.

6. Sequels is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of any item. Any item found not suitable for resale after consigning will be donated to charity.

7. A one time consignor fee of $5.00 is charged to each account the day it is opened and deducted from the first item that sells. A minimal item fee charged to the buyer is indicated on the price of each item.
8. Please do not take offense if we cannot accept some of your items. Decisions are made from past selling experience, available space, and current inventory.
